Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 21, 2026
Last updated: August 23, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to https://theamericandreamchallenge.com and your pre-order, purchase, download, or use of The Mango Parable and related materials.

The Web site and products are offered by America Great Project, doing business as America Great Project (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this Web site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Web site or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to place an order.

If you purchase the book for a person under 18, you are responsible for supervising that person’s access to and use of the product.

2. The Mango Parable Pre-Sale

The Mango Parable is being offered before its final publication and release. A pre-order reserves your right to receive the edition and materials described on the sales page, subject to these Terms.

Anticipated delivery date of the first draft: August 24, 2026

The anticipated delivery date is an estimate unless the sales page expressly identifies it as guaranteed. Writing, editing, design, technical, or other production circumstances may require a reasonable adjustment to the delivery schedule.

If delivery will be materially delayed, we will notify purchasers using the email address supplied at checkout and provide any remedies required by applicable law.

3. Product Format and Delivery

Your purchase includes:

* PDF edition;
* ePub edition (if this format is produced);
* Any future worksheets, bonus materials, or other included items; and
* Any future corrected or revised files included in the original purchase.

Unless the sales page expressly states otherwise, this purchase does not include a printed book, audiobook, coaching, membership, course, or later commercial edition.

Digital products will be delivered by email, a download page, a customer account, or another reasonable electronic method. You are responsible for:

* Providing an accurate email address;
* Checking spam or junk folders;
* Maintaining access to the email account used for the order; and
* Using a device and software capable of opening the stated file formats.

If you do not receive the product or cannot access the files, contact us at support@theamericandreamchalenge.com.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

You authorize our payment processor to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Payment processing may be governed by additional terms imposed by PayPal, your card issuer, or another payment provider.

We do not guarantee that every payment method displayed by a payment processor will be available in every location.

We may correct pricing or technical errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will notify you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation.

5. Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to find value in The Mango Parable. If you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days after delivery by emailing refund@theamericandreamchallenge.com.

Your request must include the email address used for the purchase and the order number, if available.

After a refund is issued, your license to retain, copy, use, or distribute the digital product ends. You must delete all downloaded copies in your possession or control.

This voluntary guarantee does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law or through a payment provider.

6. Critique and Gift-Card Offer

As it is important to us that no one who has done business with us leaves us feeling as though they got less than they gave, after the 30-day refund period has expired, a qualifying purchaser may still be eligible to receive an Amazon gift card after submitting a critique of The Mango Parable, subject to the terms displayed on the sales page and the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, you must:

  • Complete a valid purchase through an authorized pre-sale page;
  • Attest that you have read the book;
  • Submit your critique through the designated form or method;
  • Provide thoughtful, good-faith responses to the required questions;
  • Submit the critique within 90 days after delivery;
  • Use the same name or email address associated with the qualifying purchase, unless we approve another method of verification; and
  • Comply with these Terms and any additional rules clearly disclosed before purchase.

Honest Feedback Required — Positive Feedback Is Not Required

Your critique may be positive, negative, or mixed. You do not need to praise, recommend, endorse, or publicly review the book to qualify.

Our purpose in making this offer is to obtain thoughtful feedback that may help us to improve the story and its presentation. A favorable opinion is not a condition of receiving a gift card.

We may reject submissions that are blank, copied, automated, abusive, unrelated to the book, fraudulent, or do not make a reasonable attempt to answer the required questions.

No Public Review Required

Unless the offer expressly and lawfully states otherwise, you are not required to post a review on Amazon, a social-media platform, or any third-party Web site.

If you voluntarily post public comments after receiving or becoming eligible for a gift card, you are responsible for providing any disclosure required by the platform (on which you posted) or applicable law, such as stating that you received an incentive for providing feedback.

Gift-Card Value and Delivery

The gift-card value will be equal to the qualifying purchase price actually paid.

Gift cards will ordinarily be sent within seven business days after we verify a qualifying critique. Delivery will be made to the purchaser’s email address.

The offer is limited to one gift card per person, unless otherwise stated.

The offer is valid only while it appears on the sales page and may be limited to a certain number of qualifying purchasers or may end on a specified date. We will not retroactively cancel a properly claimed offer that was valid when the qualifying purchase was completed.

Refunds and Duplicate Benefits

A purchaser may receive either a refund or the promotional gift card, but not both.

If a payment is reversed, charged back, refunded, determined to be unauthorized, or otherwise invalidated, eligibility for the gift card will be canceled. If the gift card has already been delivered, we may deduct its value from any voluntary refund to the extent permitted by law.

Amazon Disclaimer

Amazon does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or have any responsibility for this promotion. Amazon and its related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon gift cards are subject to Amazon’s applicable terms and restrictions.

7. Feedback and Permission to Publish

Submitting a private critique does not automatically give us permission to identify you publicly.

If you separately authorize us to publish your comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, and edit the authorized comments for spelling, grammar, length, and clarity, provided that we do not materially misrepresent your opinion.

We may identify compensated or incentivized feedback as such when publishing it.

You may decline permission to publish your feedback without losing eligibility for a gift card, unless the sales page clearly and lawfully provides otherwise before purchase.

8. Personal-Use License

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased digital files for your own personal, noncommercial use.

You may download the files to your own devices and create a reasonable backup copy.

You may not, without our written permission:

  • Share the files with others;
  • Upload them to a public or shared drive;
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute them;
  • Reproduce substantial portions for a course, membership, publication, or commercial presentation;
  • Remove copyright or ownership notices;
  • Convert the files into another product for distribution; or
  • Use the content to train, develop, or supply a commercial artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system.

You may quote brief portions for commentary, criticism, teaching, or review to the extent permitted by applicable copyright law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Mango Parable, its text, illustrations, cover art, supplementary materials, trademarks, logos, Web site content, and other original materials are owned by America Great Project and Brother Tony O and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted above, no ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.

10. Educational Nature of the Book

The Mango Parable is a fictional or parable-based educational work intended to encourage thought and discussion concerning work, income, business ownership, assets, stewardship, and related ideas.

The book and related materials do not constitute individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, employment, or business advice. No particular financial result is promised or guaranteed.

You are responsible for evaluating ideas and obtaining advice from qualified professionals before making financial, legal, investment, or business decisions.

11. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials, critiques, examples, and reader experiences reflect the views or experiences of the individuals involved. They do not guarantee that every reader will experience the same reaction, insight, or result.

We do not guarantee that reading the story or any other of our educational products will produce income, create a business, change financial circumstances, or produce any other particular outcome.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

* Use the Web site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
* Attempt to interfere with the Web site’s operation or security;
* Submit false order, payment, refund, or promotion information;
* Attempt to claim multiple gift cards or benefits through deceptive means;
* Introduce malware or harmful code;
* Scrape or harvest information without permission; or
* Infringe our rights or the rights of another person.

We may suspend access, cancel promotional eligibility, or take other reasonable action when we have evidence of fraud, abuse, or a material violation of these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Web site may use or hyperlink to third-party services, including PayPal, WooCommerce, Amazon, email providers, and social-media platforms.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their independent policies, availability, security, or conduct. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Nothing on this Web site changes any non-waivable rights you may have under a payment provider’s applicable rules.

14. Availability and Technical Problems

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Web site and digital delivery systems available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a technical problem prevents delivery of your purchase, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to provide access through another method.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Web site and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available”.

We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.

This section does not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, America Great Project and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Web site, the product, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless America Great Project from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Web site, unauthorized distribution of the product, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.

This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s consumer-protection laws must apply.

Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought in a State or federal court having jurisdiction in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring the proceeding elsewhere.

Before commencing a proceeding, the parties are encouraged to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting one another. This provision does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will apply prospectively from the date the revised Terms are posted.

The Terms in effect when you placed your order will continue to govern that transaction unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree to the revised Terms.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent legally permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

21. No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the sales-page description, and any clearly identified promotional rules constitute the agreement between you and us concerning the applicable purchase.

If the sales page makes a specific promise that conflicts with a general provision in these Terms, the specific sales-page promise will control for that purchase.
